At Crystal Stream, we stand by the quality of our shower filters. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure a satisfying experience with our products.

✅ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-month limited warranty on all Crystal Stream Shower Filters, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Leakage due to faulty construction

  • Filter body cracks (under normal use)

  • Malfunction of internal components (not due to wear & tear)

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, dropping, or incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by water pressure exceeding 5 bar

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

🔧 What We’ll Do

If your product is deemed eligible under warranty, we will:

  • Replace the faulty unit free of charge, or

  • Send a replacement part

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo/video showing the issue
